After logging in there is a simple 2 step process. To access your information please visit our membership site and login. If you have not taken the opportunity to login to the new system yet, enter your email address as your username and initial password MNLA2007 + first and last name initials (i.e., in my case, I would enter MNLA2007MD). You will then be prompted to change your password to something you will remember for future use. After logging in, you will need to do two things: Update your Profile and Purchase a Renewal.
Step 1: Update Profile
1. Click Update Profile in the left side navigation bar. Here you will see both your individual information as well as the company information. (Note: This message is only being sent to the "Primary Contact" listed for your organization. Only the "Primary Contact" has the ability to update the organization's information.)
2. If you'd like to update your individual information please do so by clicking the "edit information" link at the top of this page.
3. Once you've updated your individual information, please click the link to your company name under "employer information." This will bring you to the company information. If you'd like to edit any of this information (or have added services that your company provides such as Landscape Design, Landscape Contracting, Snow Plow, Tree Care, etc.) you will update this information by clicking on the "Edit Information" link on this company page. Note that all company services (garden center, grower, nursery, landscape design, etc. as well as whether you'd like to be listed in the consumer directory, or if you hire certified professionals, will be found in the "edit demographics link" on this page).
Step 2: Membership Renewal
1. Click Online Store in the left side navigation bar. Once you click here you will have the choice to shop for yourself or for your organization. In this case you'll want to choose your organization.
2. In the top left there is a drop down box that says "All Products". From this drop down choose "membership" and hit the go button.
3. Choose from the list that appears your membership type, in this case "Business Member," by hitting the select button.
4. The next screen has a drop down that allows you to choose your renewal rate based on your sales volume. Select from the dropdown the appropriate selection. And click "Add to Cart."
5. Once you're in the shopping cart, click "check out." This will take you to the "billing information" page. Choose whichever address matches your business or credit card and click next.
6. Enter your credit card number on the billing screen and you'll then be able to review all of your information for accuracy before submitting. Finally, submit the purchase.
